As one of the physicians in Florida that may recommend medical marijuana, Dr. Jonathan Adelberg encourages caution to his patients. “I need people to operate – whether it is the speed limit or medicinal pot – inside the law.”
Nonetheless, Dr. Adelberg says legalization has not been a smooth trip.

“They’re trying to craft a group of laws which are going to appease certain moralities linked with grass, vs the facts that are scientific,” he says.

For the time being, Dr. Adelberg has advice for medical marijuana users.
“There Is nobody particular to blame,” he says. “It is a bureaucracy which wasn’t really prepared.”
